...We are on our third day in Nicaragua. The people are so friendly and the Team coming to help build a parsonage is certainly an answer to their prayers. Saturday the church had a welcome party for the Team and a very good dinner.

Team members were exhausted after being up for so many hours. Sunday , the Team attended two different churches. Team members shared their testimonies, sang, and Team Member Jeff Parson preached. It was another good day!!

Today was the first day on the work site. WOW!! The Team did a great job knocking down walls, cutting rebar, and chiseling out wall space for columns ...

The VBS was amazing!!! Another session tomorrow at another church.

Dear Church Family,

Thank you" for supporting

Faith Promise, which enables

us to have the monies available

for Work and Witness projects.

This is day four, on the work site, of our project in Nicaragua WOW!!! What a Team!! The Team continues daily, to do ribar work, knocking down walls, removing windows, digging holes,and ALWAYS CEMENT.

The temperatures stay in the 90's during the day, but cool down at night.

Our day's work starts early each day... and we sure are eating a lot of rice and beans!

We love our new friends in Nicaragua. You rarely find one without a big smile.

Thank you so much for your support of Work and Witness. Keep praying ... and we will keep working.

Dear Church Family,

This finds the Team really enjoying each day in Nicaragua, in spite of the extreme hot weather and hard work.

*Saturday- The women of the Team did our last VBS. The men worked a half a day and then we headed to the beach( Pacific Ocean ) with the Pastor and his family, along with some people from the church… lots of swimming and volley ball!! Later in the evening, we went to Hollywood Pizza and ate eight pizzas.

*Sunday- Morning service and an afternoon baseball game, the Team against the Nicaraguans. During the evening service Team Member Jeff Parson preached, Phillip Cummings sang, and Bethany Cummings shared her testimony.

Well, this covers our last two days. Wish each you could be in Nicaragua with us. Keep praying and we’ll keep working.
